BackCost bearers
Psychotherapeutic treatments can be financed by various cost bearers:
- Private health insurance companies and state aid organisations: As a rule, private health insurance companies and civil servants' allowances cover a large proportion of the costs of psychotherapy, depending on the individual insurance contract and the applicable conditions. Billing is usually based on the scale of fees for psychotherapists (GOP).
 - Special regulations for certain professional groups:
- Federal police officers and soldiers in the German armed forces can use psychotherapeutic services directly in private practices on the basis of special agreements without having to rely on a health insurance fund.
 - Civil servants in the postal and railway services also benefit from special conditions that enable treatment in private practices.

 - Legally insured persons:
- hose insured by the Bahn-BKK can make use of psychotherapeutic services directly in my private practice on the basis of a special contract.
 - People with statutory health insurance from other health insurers can apply for reimbursement of the costs of treatment in a private practice if they can prove an urgent need.

 - Companies and EAP programmes: Some companies offer support for mental stress as part of employee counselling (e.g. management coaching, Employee Assistance Programme/EAP, relocation abroad). The costs of psychotherapeutic treatment can also be covered as part of such programmes.
 - Self-payers: Regardless of your insurance, you can use my psychotherapeutic and counselling services at any time as a self-payer without the involvement of third parties.

Please clarify the individual requirements and the scope of cost coverage with your insurance company or subsidy office in advance. I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have about funding or the process.
